Documents for the sessions (pdfs and attachments) can now be bulk downloaded from the session site with the “Download all files” function.

Bulk download of all documents (including Word versions) is also available from the Sharepoint online site of the session: 1. Click “Meeting Documents Library” in the session site. You are prompted to login, NOTE that you should use your email account and the password that is specified for your email account (not the password for HELCOM Meeting Portal). You are directed to the Sharepoint collaboration platform of the session site. 2. Select all documents -> Download. A zip package is downloaded of the currently available documents.
